Booking your trip is just as easy as picking up your phone and calling us at the number at the top of this page. We can even take care of much of the booking process via email, and our email address is also listed above for your convenience. When you are preparing to call us, or writing that first email to us, you should keep in mind a few pieces of key information. The first is how many people you will be bringing with you on your trip so we can determine which bus is best for your needs. The second is your preferred dates of service, so we can make sure that the bus you need is available on the day and for the hours that you need it. Third, if you know the places you would like to visit during the trip, that will help us to determine travel costs and other factors. Just give us a call or shoot us an email with that information and we can start planning your trip!
Though we can't provide exact prices on our website due to the ever-changing economy and fuel prices that fluctuate daily, we can tell you that you'll save money by booking your trip on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Those are our least expensive days of the week. We're more in demand on Fridays, Sundays, and Saturdays (in that order), and our prices rise accordingly. For some of our customers, money is no object, and if you're one of them we'll be happy to provide you with an all-out transportation package that will knock your socks off! But if money is a concern for you as it is for most people today, you can rest assured knowing that we'll work with you to stay under budget! And even better, there are never any hidden fees. Even if you keep the bus longer than you anticipated, you just continue to be charged at the same rate that you agreed to during booking. No additional fees tacked on at the end of the trip. We promise!
